Laury McInerney

Laury is a Santa Cruz local and has been in the health and wellness business for almost 30 years.  She began her studies at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in 1988 and became certified in Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Acupressure, and Polarity.  She has also worked with several chiropractors from Los Angeles to Santa Cruz and has a Chiropractic  Assistant certification as well.

Currently she is employed part time as a personal fitness trainer at Bodyworks private gym on Seabright Avenue  and has been there since 1997.  She became certified to teach Yin Yoga in 2014 and is now taking the Yoga Teacher Training program at Pleasure Point Yoga to teach Vinyasa flow.

Laury’s favorite activities while she’s not providing massage are, attending jazz concerts at Kuumbwa Jazz Center, performing locally with her band, swing dancing, being in nature, running and swimming.  She is  to be a part of the Well Within team!

Liesl Lee Cotter, Certified Massage Therapist, brings over 33 years of professional experience in therapeutic massage, movement arts, holistic health, and energy medicine to the table for your customized massage session. Liesl specializes in deeply healing, integrated intuitive bodywork for blissful relaxation, stress release, pain relief, and vital energy rejuvenation. Depending on your needs, your session can include Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Unwinding, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Acupressure, Structural Muscular Balancing, Positional Release, Reflexoogy, and Liesl’s own myofascial-energy modality, Resonant Point Release. Liesl feels incredibly blessed to be able to help people doing work that she loves, and honored to have the opportunity to help you melt your tension and cares away.

Lisa DiBello

Lisa has been in private practice and employed at note-worthy spa and healing facilities continuously for 17 years since her graduation from the Swedish Institute in NYC. Though originally from NY, she has lived, trained and traveled in Asia, and has resided in six US States on the East and West Coasts, the Southwest and Colorado.

She has studied Traditional Thai Massage extensively in the US and in Thailand as well as one year of formal TCM study at Beijing University for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her work aims at resolving both short and long-term soft-tissue imbalance and her style is defined by quiet, deep relaxation – utilizing Swedish, Thai and Japanese Shiatsu massage techniques. It will include the subtle use of specific points along the energy meridians as well as suggestions for take-home physical/postural behavior modifications. Expect to walk away from the table with your nervous system noticeably calmed and your senses reinvigorated.

Lisa Woffington

Lisa Woffington has been practicing massage therapy in Santa Cruz since 2002.  Lisa intuitively focuses on trouble areas and is strong and nurturing in her technique to create a deep and therapeutic session.   Her intention is to create supreme relaxation and relief from tired, sore and injured muscles, joints and body.

Michael Hulse

Michael has been practicing massage since 2015 after graduating from the Myotherapy College of Utah. He is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Segmental Massage, Thai Massage and is certified in Sports Massage. His goal is to facilitate healing of the body through genuine touch.
