Sandrah Overton

Certified in 1990, Sandra’s training includes Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Swedish massage, and Ayurvedic massage. She has used massage to help herself rehabilitate from three knee surgeries and other sports related injuries. She works from personal experience to provide her clients with a transformative and healing massage.

Sarah Graff

Sarah is a graduate from the Cypress Health Institute massage program in Santa Cruz where she studied Swedish massage, Polarity therapy and Craniosacral therapy. As a practitioner, she focuses on creating a relaxing and therapeutic experience for all of her clients, using primarily Swedish techniques tailored to each individual and their specific needs.

As a student of yoga, a surfer and outdoor enthusiast, she recognizes the stress our bodies often endure and the importance of keeping them balanced and healthy. Sarah is passionate about well-being and the connection between mind, body and spirit, and strives to create an environment in which her clients can experience that.

Steven Kananen

Steven practices a slow, thoughtful, and client-centered approach to bodywork. From light pressure to deep, from energetic to orthopedic, Steven tailors each massage to the wants and needs of each individual client. He has studied locally at both Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts and Cypress Health Institute, in addition to a private mentorship in Structural Integration. His modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Craniosacral, and Structural Integration.

Skylar Stumpf

Trained in Swedish and Shiatsu, Skylar offers a
rejuvenating, centering, and client-based approach.

Tice Vierling

Tice graduated from the Mueller School for holistic health and specializes in Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. After graduating in 2006, Tice has worked in several different locations ranging from Chiropractic offices to Spas and has worked with a number of different ailments including sports injury and muscle spasms. Tice is also well versed in helping clients let go of their daily cares, enabling deeper relaxation and stress reduction.

Tomek Walas

Tomek offers a wide variety of modalities for massage therapy including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Clinical Therapy, Pregnancy, Sports, Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Post Operative Massage as well as Cranio Sacral Therapy. He combines these modalities to relieve the client’s symptoms which may include sports and work injuries, as well as aid in stress reduction and relaxation.

Trinity Taylor

Trinity Taylor is a graduate of California Holistic Institute of Massage located on the central coast in San Luis Obispo. She began providing massage in Santa Cruz County in 2017. She joined the Well Within Spa massage staff in 2018.

Trinity is trained in Swedish massage, Myofascial, Trigger point, Deep tissue, Foot Reflexology, Pregnancy, Jin Shin Do and Lomi Lomi. She likes to provide an integrated intuitive massage guided by the client’s needs, incorporating various styles and techniques of massage to give a pleasant relaxing full body massage.

Trinity enjoys learning new massage modalities, gardening, walking on the beach with her family, and volunteering.
